101 Residential

Built with Residential 101 and extremely happy with start to finish. The service from redesigning the plans to fit on our block to the great supervisor and the after build care and maintenance we get from them has been fantastic. They are professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

101 residential refused to give quotes during initial consultation. The senior customer service representative (Carolina )responded saying we are not here to provide free designing and estimating service ,will have to pay preliminary fee.when I asked customer service representative (Carolina)for detailed quotation before proceeding ahead they replied that we are cheap customer and judging us on our building capacity in monetary terms.This is a clear example that there is no transparency in there building process and customer representative hiding the costs involved.Very unprofessional and inefficient customer service .But thank god we didn’t signed contract with them .As a customer when I am investing 600k to 700 k in construction it’s my right to ask for detailed estimate ,promotion , specification .Carolina has history of bad reviews from other customers.She promise a lot during face to face consultations but never delivers and misbehaves .Please be aware of Carolina.If the consultation is worse then definitely the building process will be worser.

Great experience so far with Adam Reid our Sales and Design Consultant who was very patient, really listened to what we wanted and provided us with suitable suggestions and solutions. Adam answered every query or concern we had, always available to help and made sure we achieved our vision on our target budget. Not once did we feel pushed or pressured during the process. Also, the awesome 101 Residential team (special shout out to Karren Sajich - who helped us bring it all together). Thank you Adam and 101 for the wonderful customer service thus far, can't wait to see our home

Building a home is not an easy process by any stretch. My husband and myself are still putting the finishing touches on our dream design we built over 6 years ago. That home we built with 101 Residential. I’m giving them 5 stars because as a company they stood by us and delivered a home that I can still say is my dream home. Thankyou 101 to you and your team for all you did for us!! We love our home and are extremely grateful 6 years on.

We had extensive renovations completed to our house that required all tasks to be completed in a tight timeframe to avoid inconvenience whilst we lived in the house. Our supervisor (Paul) left nothing to chance and ensures all tradespersons were here on specified days so that as one task was completed the next could be done. The tradespersons used were exceptional, very experienced and professional, and completed them to the highest standard. Huge thanks to team at 101. Gary

We could not be happier with the experience of building with 101 Residential. From the very start, we were supported and were made to feel we were their number one client. Nothing was a problem and when we had questions or needed something changed, it was never a problem. The service was outstanding! Our contacts for the different stages actively listened to our requests and made them happen. After moving in, we found minor issues and we provided our list to 101. The response was exceptional with all requests being rectified. We love our new home and highly recommend the service (Thank you Susie!), design and support from 101 Residential.

Exceptional preconstruction service!!!Our project has progressed to construction stage and we can't be happier.We were impressed with the whole preconstruction stage. From the design consultation right through to prestart, we felt very well looked after. The staff at 101 were very professional and transparent which is very unusual in the current building environment.Craig Long (Design & Sales Consultant) and Brooke D'Agnone (Prestart Consult) were amazing. They were very responsive and professional.Well done team 101. We are looking forward to an enjoyable construction journey.

I was about to sign with another builder when I walked into a 101Residential display home and met their sales rep, Andre M. I was struck by his integrity at this first meeting and during every interaction since. He went above and beyond to help me with the design and through the sign up process. As is currently standard in the construction industry, there have been significant delays due to shortages of trades and supplies. Andre and the 101R team were honest and up-front about these, assuring me they would progress the build as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the construction. They kept me informed and did not make false promises. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the standard of construction and can’t wait to move in and enjoy my beautiful home. I would build with 101R again and strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a home.

Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. After a positive start in the design phase we have been hit with delay after delay and a huge price rise. We were promised an 18 month build as the ‘worst case scenario’ but in reality it will be 36 months. Meanwhile 101’s budget arm Redlink Homes are completing hundreds of homes and yet we are constantly told that there are no trades available. Profits before people. Shame on you 101

We are currently in the middle of our build with 101 residential. I would definitely recommend Adam Reid, our sales consultant, along with the business as a whole. At the beginning Adam really helped us in taking the time to listen to what we were looking for and created something that was right for us, our location and into the future, he did this over numerous appointments and nothing was too much. 101 have been prompt, caring and overall quick at all of the parts within their control. I am looking forward to seeing our home finished.
