The team at The Skin Lab are professional, friendly and very helpful. My treatments have been fabulous and my skin texture has improved and looks good. I am enjoying using my new skin care range. Dr Heather Jenkins is very thorough with her skin checks and isa very calm and welcoming person. I look forward to further treatments and I would highly recommend The Skin Lab.

First visit, today, and a great experience getting a sunspot sorted out. Dr Heather Jenkins and the team were kind and efficient from initial contact while booking through to invoicing and rebooking for a follow-up skin check.Full marks for a great, efficient, and friendly service, with lots of excellent advice! He is extremely knowledgeable and went into so much detail explaining the facial muscles, aging and how to subtle reverse the effects and create a more youthful look. I will definitely be back. The practice exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone has a very nice personality, very friendly, helpful, lively, it was harmonious and made you feel welcome. Dr. Jenkins took her time, was very accurate and precise, as well as accommodating. She takes the load off your shoulders and the price was fair. I have nothing to complain about and would recommend the practice.

I had laser on my face for brown discolouration. Cela, my skin technician, is wonderful. She is very caring and explained what I would experience during the procedure and after care. She is an asset to the Clinic.I also had Tattoo removal with Dr Heather, who is also very caring and lovely. I felt very comfortable during the procedure.All the staff are lovely and I would recommend The Skin Lab to everyone without hesitation.

Dr Jenkins assisted me with my skin problems and my rosacea. Her advice and treatments have made a significant improvement in the health and appearance of my skin and I would definitely recommend her services. I have also had two hydra-facials so far by Lilly who did a fantastic job and also had great skincare advice. I highly recommend The Skin Lab!
