I first had an appointment at Shell's in 2019. First time I had ever had treatment of this kind. Michelle (owner) is amazing, knowledgeable and accommodating. Sam is my therapist, I see every time for any treatment I have. She is so reassuring with every treatment I try, speaks to you the whole time and explains everything to you. Her work is flawless and she caters for my needs. I am so fussy and a nervous person but with her I know I am in good hands. Thank you so much Michelle and Sam for teaching me self care.

Shell and her team are welcoming, professional and first class. I have had massages, HIFU and plasma treatments and I am extremely happy with the service I received before, during and (most importantly) AFTER my appointments. If I had the money, I would be there every week. Thank you Michelle and see you next time.

horrible, i got eyelash extensions, hybrid, and when they eventually fall out, my naturally long lashes fell out with the extensions, definitely used the wrong glue or something, i’ve had my eyelashes done before many times, and i’ve never once had my real lashes fall out, don’t get eyelash extensions from this place

My mum got her nails done here and when I say I’ve never seen nails painted so badly it’s a understatement!!! Clearly it was the apprentice or something left alone by herself in the store, and she could not paint nails, for starters the experience took 2 hours and my poor mum has to ask her to try and fix it which the girl then hacked at my mums cuticles leaving her in pain still with awful nails.
