They are good lam a tenant they say it as it no problem pay your rent keep it clean and tidy simple.

Enquired about a property & he has a very poor attitude towards clients.“Are you from Adelaide because I don’t like dealing with people from adelaide as they ask too many questions. I prefer interstate buyers who make unconditional offers without inspections.”Me: I can offer cash unconditional but what’s the address of the property?“I don’t put address as people start going through the house without my permission”He is probably the only agent in South Australia who works like this, no wonder his properties sell below market value.I was shocked to speak to him and I could go on about how unprofessional he is.

Service is very poor. Spent more time managing them to manage my property. Inspection reports and photos did not reconcile. Photos did not match glowing reports. Had to manage an insurance claim by myself with no help from them. Always had an excuse. Would not recommend them to look after your property. The logo says Perfection in Real Estate " but then you are met with a badly photocopied contract that is 10 years out of date. A sign of things to come. I have been sent the wrong inspection report to rent increases not being applied until six months later. All recommended prospective tenants were all welfare recipients and that is not a good sign when you are scrapping the bottom of the barrel as they all come with special issues. My best advice would be to steer clear of this crowd."

Larcor have managed property for us for about 8 years. Tenants are properly screened, and issued are addressed quickly. We recommend their services.

If I could have given half a star that might have been too much. They are rude, show little to no concern for the tenant. They do not always convey to the owner problems around the house after its been put on a maintenance report. They add extra cents to water bills stating it will be alright in the end. I had to put in a form 4 against them and the owner through the CBS as I did not have aircon for four months and other repair jobs not done after months of putting in reports and emails. They did not fix the aircon after I put the form in but did the smaller jobs thinking I would let it go. I had the lease terminated because of their inefficiency to have the tasks completed in the time frame given. I do not and would not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The staff are next to useless and don't respond to emails unless it suits them. Currently they are taking their time sending me my final accounts and this is then stopping me from accessing my bond. If you can avoid them please do.

After speaking with them, I have found out that the owners were in control of all the maintenance which was emailed after every inspection or when reported with pictures.The maintenance crew never really came around to fix things, and this is due to the owners of the property not managing the maintenance crew (or meeting their responsibility as a owner).I do recommend Larcor as they have always done right by me, I just had a mis-understanding with how the maintenance worked which was the only issue I had.Thanks Romeo and Larcor. :)
