I washed my truck here on 6/12/22. The foaming brush left thick grease on the body of my white vehicle that would not come off. I came home and used kerosene to try to clean it off and was unsuccessful. I ended up using a specialist paste. Also have been charged the apparent “preauthorisation” amount of $15.50 a full six days after using the car wash and the $7.50 I paid on the 6th

Update:Contacted by owner to arrange for refund. Refund transferred immediately. Thank you for taking rectifying the error.------------Very bad experience. The change machine took my 10dollar without giving change. Tried calling their number but no one answered. Tried SMS but no reply.

I go here to use dog wash facilities and sometimes the automatic carwashWould be five stars if the $14 car wash option actually fully cleaned my car. There was dirt/dust still visible after wash

I ended up having to wash my car again after going through the touch free car wash. It cleaned the top of the car pretty well but on the bonnet and both sides beneath the door handles it was still dirty with lines of water dripping through the dirt. Good as a 'rinse' but leaves all the dirt on your car and does not wash the wheels at all.

The DIY is pretty good value. Been to numerous other carwashes with the exact same equipment that give you far less time per dollar. Also the first I've been to that offers those big clips so you can hose down your floormats. Noice!

We washed our camper van here, it was over 7m long and 3.5m high and fit in no worries. Great service, everything worked as it should. Didn't cost too much and was conveniently located close to the Big4 in Coburg that we stayed at.
