Unbelievable customer service - From the point of engaging West Coast Shades to install our shade sail, right thru to now (almost 2 years later) i have been bowled over by their professionalism, knowledge and very helpful attitude.Our sail recently broke in high winds due to a connecting shackle failing, and Dan has offered to fix and reinstall the shade sail free of charge, even though the warranty is not applicable in this situation!Happy to recommend and very impressed with the service.
