I reviewed many hosting solutions and Greenlight ticked every box. They have been fantastic since day one. Angus and his team have been really easy to work with, and customer service and response times excellent. I am not a IT guy - Greenlight did everything for my business. They ordered and set up all of my hardware, software and network the shipped it to my location in Brisbane. From the early teething issues through to the random calls for help from my staff, the Greenlight team have always stepped up. (PS Maddie - you have been amazing!!)

Our company has been in operation for 30 years (I have been here for 6) and up until a year ago our IT systems and support was managed in-house by senior management. Due to company growth it became apparent that an upgrade of our IT infrastructure and IT support was needed. We looked at many different solution options and Greenlight ITC came through with the goods. From the start up managed by Angus and Julien to our ongoing support from Julien and the amazing wider team (Rupert, Ben, Justin, Brett, Rory, Jakub, Pawel and the helpdesk) I couldn’t fault any of it.
