The centre has been wonderfully renovated and I can see how attentive all the staff are to patients who need help. The nurses are lovely and always caring.

Their booking system is faulty. Even you have made booking you will still need to wait for an hour or more. Go to this clinic only if you have lots of time to waste on those unprofessional receptionists who cannot manage booking or indeed deliberately manipulate the booking system.

Unlike many doctors' receptionists, those at this practice are very welcoming and helpful. The doctors and nurses are similarly friendly and helpful. From my limited knowledge of medicine the doctors seem to be very competent and the prescribed treatments very effective.

Dr Samuel Sidrak has been attentive, helpful openness to learning new things in patients and gone beyond on occasions...A rare find!

I had a lovely experience each time I came to the centre. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. Dr Gary Tran is the best!

The doctors in all the clinics run by this company are caring however the administration and management are not. Always delays in seeing a doctor and when you give the clinic feedback they don't like it and use it as an opportunity to debate you rather than understanding your experience. Find another GP service.

I have been here twice, different receptionists but all are unhelpful to patients.
