Bayview Coogee Beach
Stayed here for 13 nights and can honestly say I cannot wait to return. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with a large shared kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining area. The beach is a max 5min walk with plenty of cafes,bars,restaurants. David was a fantastic host who made sure you always felt comfortable, he was always available to answer any questions and was just overall brilliant.See you soon!

Bayview Coogee Beach
Perfect location right in the heart of Coogee. It's only a 2 minute stroll to the beach which is ideal. We booked and arrived on the same day. David was a perfect, super helpful and easy going host. The atmosphere in the guesthouse was nice and relaxed. There are two nice outdoor spaces to enjoy and take in some sun. Also having a desk in our room was super helpful for working from home during our stay. Many thanks David!

Bayview Coogee Beach
Bayview is a really, really, really fantastic home — and you would be lucky to stay there. You have a social space for meeting eclectic and down-to-earth people who have collectively spanned literally every profession I could think of, while hailing from nearly every part of the world. You have control over whether you live quietly and without noise or decide on being sociable, depending on your work-life balance and schedule etc. Bayview can sincerely deliver the best aspect of a shared house and boarding house experience without any trade-off. Bayview is a genuinely great place to live — stay there if you can get a room!

Bayview Coogee Beach
Had a great stay here. Clean, quiet house within a few minutes walk from Coogee beach. Kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms are kept neat. Overall the house has a relaxing and calm vibe. David is a fantastic host, very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay for a short or long time.

Stayed here for about 2 months. Fantastic location near Coogee Beach and the room/building was great. Large and well equipped kitchen and friendly people throughout. David is an excellent host and went out of his way to make my stay a positive one. Would definitely recommend to anyone for both a short or a long stay.

Bayview Coogee Beach
Had a wonderful time in a desirable location.I stayed at Arden house for the weekend. It's not a party house or backpackers hostel which suited me just fine, as I just wanted to sleep whilst I was there, after a big few days. It is well situated from the beach and main street shops.The house was well secured, bedroom immaculate and the kitchen was large and tidy. The bathrooms were also very clean. I also have to thank the owner and house manager as they were great and always accommodating for my needs. Especially knowing what's on and how to get to places like the city. Thank you for the very good hospitality.

This accommodation is just a stone's throw from the beach. It is clean, cozy and offers everything you need for a short or even longer stay. The kitchen is large and well equipped, the shared bathrooms are clean and spacious. Washing machine, dryer and iron are also available.

Came here for the summer, ended up staying through to the following Spring.Really clean and tidy place that’s a short stroll from the famous Coogee Bay Hotel, oh and I forgot to also mention.... Coogee Beach.You can always find space to cook in the kitchen and a clean bathroom to freshen up in.Flatmates are respectable, and the landlord is a top bloke who you’ll see pandering around keeping things in check.If you’re looking for a place in Coogee, look no further.

I would definitely recommend this place!The common areas were always clean, it has got a nice outside area and a good service.The room was nice and the benefit is that it was very close to the beach.Thank you David(Host) for your service and kindness!

I love everything about this place! The highlights for me were the closeness to the beach, nice people in the shared living space, and the beautiful kitchen with outdoor and indoor dining area. To top it off, the host went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely return for a stay here again.
