Our property manager Demii has been wonderful for the past 2 years. She is quick to respond to any enquiries and/or repairs. Very grateful to have had her look after us as tenants.

Chris Xhayeteux, very unprofessional ,For most ogmf the week lead me to believe I was inspecting a property to sign a contract to buy , meanwhile property was already under contract and when I showed up to inspect he told me sorry it is under contract already" I missed out on two opportunities because of his dishonest and unprofessional behavoiur. WoulrecommendedWould not recommended him tohim to anyone."

Jade Clarke is a very good property manager and I feel lucky to have her to look after my property. Jade has delivered very good services and has been vey responsive to my questions or inquiries all the time since she begin to take care of my property. I couldn't recommend Megan Madsen from Image Realty enough. I have dealt with many real estate agents previously, and Megan by far has been one of the most professional hard working property managers I have dealt ever dealt with. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, she has communicated with myself at every step. I know that my property is well looked after and I have nothing to think about. Megan is the most efficient, professional property manager that I have ever had I will take my property management with Megan now wherever she goes.Thank you Megan 10 out of 10.

Really disappointed with the poor customer service. I had a house inspection yesterday with Mike. He did not show up within the allocated time. When I called Image Realty all they said was “we don’t know what is going on”. No apology, and now I have no idea if I will have to take another day off work for another inspection. There was no reason why Mike couldn’t call me if he couldn’t make the inspection. Seriously inconsiderate.

I would like to say thank you kindly to Paige Stirling and Kristen Watson. I am very happy to get my full bond back from the property I have left recently at Dutton Park. Thanks for letting me to do the right things to leave the house as clean as possible. I am pleased to work with Image Realty. I am also happy to leave a-5 star rating for the great team.

My wife and I have recently moved into a rental property that is being managed by your office. Our current contact is Jennifer Bucknall but we don't appear to be receiving any responses to our emails regarding the issues we've both raised with the condition of the property upon move in day and the subsequent issues we've discovered with the property during the first week of our tenancy.Are you able advise what your policy is with regards to tenant complaints regarding the condition of the property upon move in day and the process involved with getting issues raised, a reasonable timeline to have anything followed up and what's involved with having anything repaired or replaced.As a first impression of your property management services, it's bad enough to share on Google reviews as an example of being disregarded, marginalised and ignored with little attempt to even acknowledge our issues and complaints.This is not the best start to our tenancy agreement and I will be sharing our experience online as an example of what you might experience when entering into a rental agreement with Image Realty Gold Coast!

While applying for a house, we had all our paperwork in which took a lot of Time. Summer from northern carelessly did not pay care and attention with our reference checks. She did not communicate well with our referees. As a result the property is still vacated and the property manager stopped using summer. She was inconsiderate, inpatient and tactless to processing applications. After speaking to the owner of the property, he experienced the same thing with her. Bad.

My property manager at Image realty is amazing. Christie is my property manager.She is always attentive to anything I ask for.Christie has done a great job with updates and informs me right away with any concerns. In terms of concerns, Christie always spot on to getting it fixed.Well done to Image Realty Gold Coast.

As a tenant with Image Realty, I cannot recommend them enough. Their communication is great, they are prompt to respond, and Summer is amazing to deal with. Highly recommend :)
