I just finish re-decorating my restaurant after got destroyed by a fire back in March, Segafredo staff, Kevin in particular, are the most helpful people in the industry, they have restored my beautifull coffee machine to perfection, they have invested a lot of time to accomodate my needs and Kevin give-up is well deserved Sunday to come and calibrate my machine to make sure that i am ready to serve my first coffee on my first day at work.I highly recommend the wonderfull staff at the Newcastle office. Very informative, friendly and professional staff. It might be a small shopfront but there are a range of products on display worth looking at. Good website with quality products at competitive prices. It's even worth giving them a call if you don't see what you want, as they may just have it.
