It was wonderful to talk to a real person without having to leave a voicemail praying someone would call me back after hours on a public holiday. My wife was at home after receiving a text from George that he was on his way we explained that it was a wasp nest that needed to be exterminated which he did promptly and also he sprayed the garden as well. Excellent work
