We had our property manager arrange for two trades to come and review our problematic AC, it took weeks of no shows and finally a quote of over 10k to replace our AC system. We met Local Air by chance (Simon lived in our street) and offered to come take a look for us after hearing of our run arounds to date. Simon diagnosed our AC problem in under an hour and replaced our sensor. The job required two visits and all up was under $500 dollars. We could not be more happy with his technical skills and his prompt service and professionalism. His diagnostic skills and experience saved us literally thousands and kept our tenants happy! So many out there are quick to just replace units because it is easier for them however it just shows that often with a little bit of diagnostic work by a skilled technician you can save 1000k's.
