Recently I had been having trouble with neck stiffness and pain. I had been to one of the massage outlets in a shopping centre, but this did not help. I was referred to Rocko Health by my doctor, and this was the best recommendation. I knew from the first moment that Zhi started working on me, that I was in competent hands. He constantly checked to ensure that the pressure he was applying was not too firm or painful. He also seemed to sense exactly where my neck and back were hurting. After a 30 minute session, I left feeling 100% better. After a few days, and with following up on the exercises provided, my neck and back that had been causing me grief for about 7 weeks, felt fantastic and almost pain free. I had the flexibility return. I now know where I will be going when I need similar treatment for my body. I can't express just how pleased I am with the entire experience. Thank you and I can't wait to tell more people just how wonderful Rocko Health are.

I’d recommend Zhi to anyone if they want to see results. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain and bounced around from one physiotherapist to another until I found Zhi. I felt relief after my first session and continued to improve each subsequent session! He quickly diagnosed the source of my pain, gave me thoughtful advice and created an at-home treatment plan that I still use. I also want to add that he’s very knowledgable and attentive. I was confident in the care I received throughout my treatment!

I can highly recommend Zhi. When I went to him I was in a great deal of pain from spams in my lower back. we are four weeks into treatment and the pain has gone and I have gone back to the gym. He takes time to explain what is happening and also gives you exercises to follow to speed up the recovery and relieve the discomfort. I will definitely continue to go to Zhi if I have any further things to deal with
