I placed the order from Canada for a gift to be delivered to Burleigh Heads in Australia. I had some questions regarding delivery date. The response was very quick. The gift basket was great and it was deliveredas promised. Excellent service. I highly recommend.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. This service does not deliver the next business day within metro area/s when you place an order before 2pm. Was advised that I should have read the FAQ's? Who really does that when all you want is to do is place an order. I do not recommend Gift Sensations and I wish I had gone with someone else. A special birthday gift would have been nice to receive on their actual birth-date. Its not as exciting now. Never using again!!

0 stars or even negative stars for this rude and unethical company. After my Mum having spent over $100 for a hamper for my sister, it hasn't shown up and all they could do via e-mail was BLAME my Mum for the wrong address being written, when it was written correctly. A reflection of their lack of care for customers. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES. Just go to Edible Blooms or literally anywhere else, so unreliable and disgusting.The parcel hasn't shown up and no offer to amend has been made let alone a refund for THEIR mistake. Seriously you're horrible for how you handle things

The Chivas reigal hamper was lovely a great covid gift for a 40th birthday.Unfortunately the card that my brother received was blank, had no message in it that I had written when purchasing online, so he had no idea who the gift was from. I also did not receive any confirmation email on the purchase, or a tracking number to track the status of my order which was disappointing.I had to call them and ask for a delivery status and a tracking number.

Wonderful service and great products. I made an error when submitting my order and incorrectly specified the shipping address, and Jenni noticed this right away and called me within mintues. Was all sorted out and my mother got her wonderful hamper promptly delivered the next day to help her celebrate a special occasion. Magic.

Very good service, arrived within 24 hours which was great at the busy time of Mother's Day. Receiver was delighted with produce. It is a little expensive for what you get, so maybe guys you could provide a 15-20% discount code for buyers to use on their next purchase

Beautiful hamper. It was delivered to my Dad for father's day with ample time to spare. Which is amazing considering how hard it is to get online deliveries nowadays. My Dad was delighted! Fun, fresh, tasty and wonderful products in the hamper. Great company. It's a shame cannot rate them higher than 5 stars!

Order over 6 days ago, expecting next day delivery. Rang up and the man there Ron talks and talks and does not get to point. Tells my friend he is a reasonable man and for her to be quiet! Please do not deal with them. Have asked for refund or delivery today and to stop blaming couriers. A good business would have told us they had trouble delivering this and informed me before I informed them.

Doesn’t actually do next day delivery like they promise. Wish I went with a different company that actually delivers in the time frame they say they will. What was meant to be a lovely surprise for my mums birthday now looks like a cheap present that I scrambled together last minute.
