AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This review is long & detailed but I think it's important to share my full experience so other potential clients can be informed & AVOID THIS PLACE! Also read the other reviews.. my experience is not unique! I'm quite sure there's other people who went through this & just didn't leave a review.Last week, I came here for lash extensions (got a Groupon) & had the worst experience. I remained polite but was very uncomfortable the whole time. First of all, I arrived on time but she started my appointment 10 minutes late while working on another client & talking really loudly.Second, she made me extremely uncomfortable with the amount of talking she did during the whole appointment. I go to salons to relax & get pampered, not talked at constantly. She might've thought this was a way to connect with her clients but she clearly doesn't know how to read the room & behave professionally. She overshared a lot of details about her personal life such as her ex-partners & how men have hurt her.. A few times she playfully slapped my cheek which I thought was SO disrespectful (it was light & she was laughing but this made me very uncomfortable). She also asked me about my personal life/relationships. I remained polite as I felt vulnerable lying there with my eyes closed & didn't want my lashes to be ruined if I made her upset..Thirdly, I did NOT get what I asked for! She completely disregarded my specific request (I know what I want because I've done lashes before): I asked for cat-eye style 3d lashes & gave her the exact lengths that I wanted (8,9,10) & she gave me what SHE thought would look good which was 10/11 length 7-10d lashes (meaning 7-10 lashes PER FAN instead of 3!). I wasn't aware of this until the whole procedure was done as you have to keep your eyes closed during!I was HORRIFIED after looking at myself in the mirror because this gave me a completely differently look, I felt so trashy as this wasn't me at all & asked her why she did this when I didn't ask for it? She said 'Don't worry! You look sexy!'.. But I don't want to look sexy?? I felt so upset but felt very uncomfortable with saying more. She did trim the extensions a bit which made them look a bit better but very unnatural as the ends looked chopped off rather than wispy.. By then, it had been over 2hrs so I couldn't just ask her to remove it all & redo (at this point, all trust in her was gone anyway). I wasn't even aware that she stuck on lashes that were greater than 3d until 1-2 days later when the extensions started falling out & I saw there were 7-10 lashes per fan??NO WONDER my lashes felt so damn heavy! I couldn't even see properly when I was out during the day because the sunlight would reflect off my lashes heaps. I wanted a light natural look & she went completely crazy on my lashes. Further, there were visible large chunks of glue across my lashes. I immediately looked to get them removed & redone at another salon the following week (today).Got them fixed earlier today & it took my lash tech 45 MINUTES to remove all the extensions! It was actually quite painful too because she had used an excessive amount of strong glue. Normally they just glue the extension to the base of your natural lash but she glued it to the entire lash for some! She'd also glued single fans across multiple lashes (she didn't isolate lashes properly) which explains why the extensions were really wonky after 1 week! My natural lashes were a bit damaged but I was told if I had removed them later, my lashes would've snapped.She breached a lot of professional boundaries & there is no way I would EVER go back to her. I STRONGLY recommend everyone avoid going there for lash extensions. I can't talk about any other services she provides but given all the above, I wouldn't trust her with any other services either. Think hard about it, the prices may be cheaper (especially with Groupon) but you aren't really saving money by going to her when it will damage your lashes & cost you more time & money to get them fixed up at another salon.

Cindy is such a beautiful person! I got my lashes done and quality of the lashes and overall look was exactly what I wanted! I also needed to get my nails done and was able to fit it in her schedule with a great price! I totally recommend!

I don't naturally have eyebrows, so getting a good microblade(ist?) is critical if I'm not going to look like an alien. But I'm a guy. And a fairly macho one, so it's critical that the stylist understands that I need natural looking eyebrows, not the high arches that some women desire. I've been to eyebrow artists all over town with the same brief, but nobody has managed such a good job as Vina.

4 star for the friendly and attentive service. Run by owner and daughter. Cindy the owner is always there to make sure the customer get what was requested. Thank you.Did manicure, pedicure and eyelash extension just before xmas. Nails were done alright. Not sure of the polish quality though as it peel off on the side pretty quick and so does the Eyelash extension work could be better. Only lasted less than a week and some lashes were glued together which crumpled and half-way stick.Overall service wise is amazing, product quality wise could be better...

Went here for the first time yesterday as I needed lash extensions last minute, so was looking for somewhere close to home that could fit me in.Cindy was amazing, with lots of great conversation. It took around 1 hour to get a full hybrid set, and I was extremely happy with the results! The extensions are great quality and gently applied. The salon is unassuming, but the results are top tier.

The owner was super friendly and so funny. I have never laughed so much during an eyebrow wax, normally I dread going to get my eyebrows waxed because it's so painful but with her, because she made me laugh and distracted me I did not remember any pain at all. I'm glad I found her on Groupon, I will be back again when my eyebrows need waxing. It's a bonus that it's only $10!!

I feel sorry for saying this but it was the worst experience… The staff who did my eyelash extension was only a teenage girl. Obviously she wasn’t used to it and so slow. After 1 hour passed, her mom who is the owner of this salon came and started fixing my eyelashes. It took another 30 min, and totally 1.5 hours for only classic eyelashes. I felt pain with glue and a few eyelashes came off within that day. Only a few days later, some of my eyelashes turned to the opposite side and I’m feeling uncomfortable. It never happened before. They’re not skilled and professional. I recommend that you choose another salon.

The lady who owns this business was really lovely and great to chat to. I found her service pleasant and relaxing and left feeling really happy with how my lashes looked.However, in the following two days the extensions began to fall out taking my real lashes with them. It seems that too much glue was used as I had a hard buildup of glue scratching my eyelid and irritating my eye. I have since had all of them removed and I am left with almost no more natural eyelashes which is really upsetting.As I said, the lady who owns this business is a really nice person, however I don't believe that she is qualified at applying eyelash extensions and I wouldn't recommend seeing her for this service.
