Staff aren't helpful or knowledgeable but store size is adequately sized.

Dismissive staff. I have a client who has a disability, and one of the few joys he gets from life is 600ml Pepsi (can't be any other size). This is the only store in the area that sells at an affordable price for a pensioner. However, whenever it sells out they don't restock for weeks. I understand this is very trivial to most people, but for this man it's an important part of his life. Now, I've attempted to discuss this with the staff many times, but every time they are dismissive and just down right rude. Like most retail stores these days, customer service to these people means feign interest in what the customer is saying, offer a platitude response and then dismiss them. They know who I am now so before I even start talking they roll their eyes and offer passive aggressive excuses and that's it. I worked and managed a supermarket for over 5 years and this should not be an ongoing issue. Whether it's inaccurate stocktaking, or staff error scanning the wrong items which effects the stock count j the system, it's a quick fix. They've tried to tell me that they just get what they're given!! Imagine running a supermarket without being able to change the order levels. I know from experience that's a BS explanation. But that's how they treat they're customers, or maybe just people with disabilities. If you were trying to lose the support of a pensioner who spends over $40 a week in your store, congratulations. You've succeeded. Now I know why they call it the reject shop.

I like this store, it always clean and the staff are always friendly and happy to help me with my inquiries on products.I'II be back.Enjoy.

Yes we brought some Ranunculus and at one stage we had 133 flowers from $8:50 of corns Jonquils and Daffodils bulbs !

Love the reject shop they have the best cards and affordable too. Everything is cheap to buy, store is a good size. Plenty of parking outside. Friendly staff members.
