Such a lovely team to deal with and so much knowledge, they made the purchasing process easy and seamless. Regardless of who we spoke with on the day, they worked as a team to deliver an excellent experience. We purchased a 3yr old Jeep and were treated as if we were purchasing the most expensive BMW from start to finish. The final touches of the red ribbon, demo and driving away with a full tank of fuel topped off the overall experience. I had a minor issue, I had lost my locking wheel nut socket. This had happened on another car I owned 2 years earlier and Kloster BMW had replaced the nuts for $30. The mechanic was awesome polite and he just got in and did the job in about 10 minutes. I went in to pay at the counter, the greasy sales rep holds his phone in front of the cashiers face with a message on it that I cant see (assumedly his service fee for saying hello and watching the mechanic) The young girl prints me an invoice and says thats $95.55. I said wow I did the same thing 2 years ago and it was only $30 she smiled and said nothing. I paid looked at the invoice and the nuts were only $29.36 the other $57.50 was the service fee. I would have happily put the nuts back on myself in 5 minutes to save the price of a case of beer. See you next recall BMW, until then I will be going to indys.

Unbelievable sales and finance experience from Klosters BMW Newcastle. I purchased my first little used BMW and was treated as if I was buying a new 200k one. I was told by several sales team members and business manager Nathan, that no matter how much your car costs, you are part of the BMW family and everyone is treated the same. Had a small issue a few weeks after purchase and within hours, my car was picked up and another more prestigious model left for me. Cannot sing their praises high enough. I will definitely be back for my next car and will highly recommend to everyone looking for a new car.Biggest shout out to Nathan (5 stars) and Curtis. Above and beyond is an understatement. If I knew I would be looked after this well and verified used BMW’s were reasonably priced, I would never have spent $75k previously at Kia. Go here first when you are searching for your next car!!!
