I have been on the search for a good barber for about a good 2 years and never had any luck. Then 7 months ago I tried Unknown and I couldn't have been happier. I have had haircuts with Lewis/Ryan & Mitch and each and every haircut has been spot on. They take their time, really pays attention to what you want and does a great job. They are very friendly and are always welcoming. No waiting time at all and are always punctual. Booking process is very easy given it can be done online. Happy to say I have found my goto barbers :)

Booked in for a trim by a most excellent Lad at above mentioned joint. Crawling from western suburbs saw me 15 minutes late after 75 minutes travel. Tried calling ahead x 4 to explain lateness to no avail. Upon arrival no compromise or offer of a rebook, just an unknown chap that managed to query what service I required before a languid sorry and “have a good day” Cheers.

Thanks for the haircut Mate .Love your skills with scissors and stylingDownside - a guy ( guess staff ?/owner ) using the equipment at the middle of haircut and the same equipment was used during haircut process for me which I don’t like. Hope you improve this .Else recommend every one to attend onceKeep your good work RYAN .

Been seeing Danny at The Unknown for the last couple of months now. I have not been disappointed. Each cut has continued to surpass my expectations. Couldn’t recommend the boys here at Unknown highly enough. Always friendly, great atmosphere, and most importantly know how to give an exceptional sharp cut and fade.

Jesse the barber was amazing! He was super friendly and professional from the start, and he really knew what he was doing. During our consultation, he asked all the right questions and really listened to what I wanted.Throughout the haircut, he was precise and careful, and he made sure every detail was perfect. But what really stood out to me was his personality - he was such a cool guy to chat with, and he made the whole experience feel really comfortable and enjoyable.
