Had a cake batter icecream with cookie dough and twix. It was out of this world. I love the way they mix the additional ingredients into the ice-cream rather than just stick it in.

Went and got some cold rock today after work today and the customer service was amazing she was lovely and so was the ice cream would recommend to anyone her name was talia best customer service had in a long time and had a lovely smile made my day!

Website says they close at 8pm Friday. Drove my whole family over half an hour to get here at 7:45pm Friday night and they were closed.

So... Decided to get Cold rock yesterday special treat, nothing was wrong with the ice creams but the young love behind the Counter didn't smile once , I feel it could of been an awesome experience with a bit of customer service as we had never be there before and wasn't sure how it all worked,She wasn't happy to be there and wasn't impressed to serve us (Talia)U should smile a lot more and enjoy your job.

Cold rock is slightly expensive - however, it is worth it as it is so delicious and a fun experience deciding what toppings will go in the ice cream.
