This is great, the service is fantastic and the bikes are very high quality. I just wish the city was more bike friendly so I could use this bike everywhere.

So happy with Lug + Carrie. Have been pondering over buying a bike for a while and in particular a tern, but was unsure of my daughters willingness to continue so this is perfect. My 8 year old daughter loves this, is on the bike as soon as we mention going out and the school run is so much nicer. Lug + Carry have been fantastic and the bike is set up perfectly for us.

I got a HSD from these guys about 5 weeks ago and I am wrapped the bike is amazing great for comuting to and from work and the staff are amazing Alan the bike mechanic was friendly knowledgeable and gave me great advice well done and Nav was professional and friendly and provided a great service good work guys amazing

Superb service, and the bikes offer a really good transport solution. We are renting now two e-bikes from Tern and can transport all our 3 kids safe and happy to school and to daycare + activities - and whiz off to work. Door to door and never worrying about parking.

Legends! Lug + carrie has been absolutely life changing for us - Nav and the Brisbane crew have also helped us get the most out of our GSD (including answering my panicked calls when I briefly lost my keys and thought I was going to be stuck at the shops…). Great bikes + great customer service = e-cargo bike obsession.

They guys here are amazing, we are renting a bike for now, using it for trips to and from school, and the kids love it!Extremely reliable product, knowledgeable and friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and understand your purchase.Anyone considering an e-bike should definitely make these guys your first stop, their wide range of custom builds guarantees a bike to suit your needs.
