onsiteflyscreens was recommended by a Master Builder friend, and they were efficient and did a great job.Their user-friendly website enabled me to plan my order, and communicate by email.Anthony (eastern suburbs) kept everything neat and clean during and after installation.They were easy to deal with and I was very happy with their service.

We used On Site fly screens earlier this week for 6 new flyscreens and two lockable window winders. The measure and installation all happened in the same day, and the staff were helpful and punctual, which was fantastic. Very pleased with the quality and appearance of the final result. Will definitely return for additional fly screens when the need arises.

I had Glen come out to my place in kinglake today. Was a complete gentleman and got the job done in a couple of hours. He was on time polite and professional. Very happy with the results and his workmanship.Price is half what I was quoted by Jims" and they're quite nice looking screens too.Cheers."

Rang to make a booking. No appointments available for 4 weeks. So made a booking 4 weeks in advance at 10am. Person did not turn up till 11.45. No communication from the company that they were going to be late. Person then stated because 'he' had parked their vehicle too far away, he would not do the Job that day and take measurements only. He stated he would do the job at the workshop and come back on the following Saturday. He didn't turn up. No communication from the company at all.I don't recommend the company due to lack of communication and professionalism.

I actually can't believe how amazing these guys were. I was quoted $300 at another place for the screen and Simon here made it for me for $50 and it was ready in 15 minutes.Be even offered to drop it off to my place! I would give these guys 10stars it I could. Being in customer service myself, i is not often I meet people with the same passion for helping others like this. Great work Simon James and the gang!

Anthony arrived a bit late due to traffic, but stayed extra and completed a very difficult job in Christmas Eve. I was very grateful and happy to recommend again, but make sure to ask for Anthony. The proprietors need to to a better job dispatching, and making it easy for a customer to reach a scheduled contractor in case, like Anthony, they are late. Giving our a mobile - rather than fixed line to office that goes to vmail - is standard practice.
