We had solar panels installed in 2022 through the Solar Broker and I would like to express our appreciation of the support and patience provided by Ryan and Carol as the process took longer than anticipated due to on-going weather issues. We were provided with all the information we required to make an informed decision on the installation of the solar panels and any questions we had we were able to contact Ryan and Carol at any time and received quick responses. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the installer and the follow-up provided by Ryan and Carol. since the installation was completed we have had regular follow-up from Ryan and on-going monitoring being provided to ensure we get the best deal for the power fed to the grid has been outstanding. I have no hesitation recommending The Solar Broker for anyone looking to get solar panels installed.I was initially quite nervous as, coming from NZ, I had no experience with solar panels at all. However the whole sign up and installation process was so easy & I have been very happy with how the panels are operating.Ryan was both friendly and professional & he was happy to take the time to answer all of my (many) questions. Carol and all members of the team that I have spoken to have also been lovely and very helpful. I’ve really appreciated the follow up contact since installation and the checks to make sure everything is ok and to advise of better solar feed-in deals that might benefit me.Overall, one happy customer here!

I had to replace my telstra modem which meant my inverters needed to be reconnected to the Web. I was given instructions by Janine but when that did not work, Ryan became involved. When the issue could not be fixed over the phone, Ryan came to my house and did the connection. I was very impressed by this as the original installation was done 7 months ago. Also Janine calls me every so often to check all is going well. I cannot recommend The Solar Broker highly enough. Great after sales service.Brian.

Delivered on promises and provided great support after installation. The system has performed as expected. After 6 months I have a credit of around $700. That means no electricity bills and around $1400 towards rates. Ryan has been a great help since installation and unlike some he can be trusted to deliver on promises. I had already shopped around for solar and been thoroughly exhausted by the number of different panels, systems and inverters.
