Very welcoming service, room facilities only, very quiet environment, good rest, come back next time

Very happy check in, room was clean and spacious, welcoming reception service!

Great experience there with flexible and welcoming staff. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with working amenities. Great location as the Glen is only a short walk away. The only potential criticism would be thin blankets on the bed, however a much thicker blanket is provided in each room I've stayed in.

A hidden gem in Glen Waverley.The staff is really professional and kind. Lin made the front desk experience a next level, addressed my needs and overall and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended. And thank you Lin!

Hideous. The place is a crime scene. I swear I saw the outline of a body in the carpark. The rooms are from 1975 and stink .... meant to stay for 4 nights but cancelled and will sleep rough on a park bench instead.

I stay in motels sometimes for work. This is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at.The room was dirty, sheets hadn’t been changed. Reception staff were rude I think Lin was her name. Just don’t stay here, you’ll be better of sleeping in a tent.

The stay was super satisfactory, the room was clean!

Checked in , flies in room, approached reception simply asking for fly spray, waited 15 mins while she looked, then told me no fly spray on site and offered no solution, or even any concern about the flies! Asked for manager to call me, receptionist then phoned the manager, and after the call I was offered a can of eucalyptus antiseptic spray!Had to go shopping for fly spray myself.I had another night booked later in the week and cancelled that immediately. Will stay with the well known hotel across the road which I know offers service to their guests and Im sure they have a can of fly spray!
