Arrived at the store just after 8.30am as it states that it opens at 8.30am waited for 15 minutes and still not open. All the light are on as well

Went to pick the order today waited over 20 mins and they didn’t even told me that they haven’t got our order in system very rude guy at reception rudely told me that they hadn’t open their tablets never comes back
