Trek Bicycle Penrith is blessed with friendly competent staff who always provide excellent service. Often bike repairs and services are completed even while you wait or shop or at least within 24 hours, which is outstanding. Frequent specials on bikes and accessories enhance the value of purchases in an industry that does tend to put a strain on the wallet. Trek bikes and associated accessories are always of a high quality and therefore are easy to confidently recommend to friends and family.

Went to fix my daughter's Repco ($130) Big W bike's brake wire and gear shifter.The few things which worth mentioning.1) Happy to accommodate without prior appointment (not very busy like others).2) Welcomed and served with respect as my bike was $130 while they're selling bikes up to $11k.3) Michael - Service Technician is experienced and passionate to ensure the bike fixed properly.4) He was happy to suggest few bikes for my daughter to try while he was fixing it with no pressure to buy.5) Service charge is reasonable and bike is working perfect.Well done guys....especially Michael.6) Bikes are best quality and already committed.

Great range of bikes, especially for beginners, in various sizes that are hard to find at other stores. The salesperson, Jared, was fantastic as well: quick to attend, friendly and very helpful. Will defo be back for another Trek in the future.

The service was fantastic! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my bike off in the morning and had it back the same day. The price was also much less than I expected. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Trek Penrith to my mtb friends. Thanks team!

I had already googled and researched what I wanted. They helped me and didn’t try to up-sell or change my mind. I was in and out and the sale made things even better.Great customer service and made an alteration, addition a going over to the bike straight away. Didn’t have to come back or wait like some places. I was out in 10mins.
