very bad customer service and even worse Diagnostics from there mechanic's wouldn't take my billycart there really don't know how there still in business

Checked pricing and parts availability prior to first visit only to be told service part was not available after waiting one and a half hours for my car and having to endure listening to the pro vaccine chats of the staff..Second visit once I was told part was available, I was charged over $250 more than the initial $90 quote for the part.They fitted a tire pressure sensor, filled the one tire up with air and did not even bother to check the other tire pressures!Also discriminating their customers despite being an essential service as upon arrival there was an elderly gentlemen sitting outside in the cold wind and rainy weather who was not vaccinated.Called service manager to ask for a resolution and he never called me back.Received a text message three hours after I left asking if I wanted my car valued whilst I was there? Too late!Poor service and poor people skills!

Wife and I turned up looking like a pair of hillbillies in our dirty old car that almost fell apart on the driveway of the dealership. Even so, we were treated like family, asked if we would like to use the toilets or take a seat in the showroom waiting lounge and have a cup of coffee. This was before we even looked at a car! I managed to run one of the younger sales people around organising test drives, while deciding on which car to purchase. His patience with my procrastination was positively inspiring. Finally decided on a car, which they presented gift wrapped to my wife the next day on pick up. 11 out of 10 for this company!

The staff are friendly and helpful. They did a good job servicing my Holden Colorado and mick the driver is very friendly. Dropping me off and picking me up.i wish Holden keep the name

Is there an option for minus 5 stars?Bought new car 3yrs ago, came with all the bells and whistles. Paid for extras. Promised great service, courtesy car, car wash & detail when being serviced. Not once has this come unchallenged. No, we don't have a courtesy car available, no unfortunately we are short on car cleaners today and wait, you will have to book your car in for another day as they didn't have enough time to fix the problem raised. (Notice given of what was wrong with the car when booking it in). Car was booked in for 8am and I was happy to pick up anytime.Under 3 yrs later, nothing but problems only 1 service has come with no issues and yes that was the 1000km check, which was free....WOW

It has been a pleasure from start to finish purchasing a car for my son. Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the process. He always took the time to answer questions, explained how the current market is and showed us all the features of the vehicle and how everything works. Sam was so professional and I was really impressed with his expertise. Renae was also extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend buying from Heritage again. Service department - appalling customer service. Charge a ridiculous amount for a diagnostic test that had already been done at another mechanic to be able to diagnose the problem that we already knew about.Didn’t let me know when my car was ready to be collected so it was sitting there for 2 days with no phone call or text messages.Thomas speaks to customers in a condescending manner and is terrible to deal with. Will never bring my car back here, I would rather drive an hour to a different Holden dealership than ever deal with the rude staff here again.

Bad customer service. Charge $80+ for a diagnostic test that had already been done at another mechanic. Somehow Holden diagnosed a different problem and quoted $1500.Guarantee they just ran the error code and didn't even look inside the car.The lady at the service desk spoke to my wife in a condescending manner when my wife said she'd call me to see about getting it fixed there. Went elsewhere and got the problem fixed for $250.Stay away from this place.

Bought a car online and had most of the details sorted out before hand. When I went to pick it up, the process took just over an hour to get everything signed and details corrected and vehicle handover. It takes a little time to work through all the legals and disclosures they must talk through by law, otherwise it was painless and quick and I would be happy doing it again next time.
