Very bad service, and way too slow. Never takes his job seriously, and I’m pretty sure he’s also ruined everyone else’s day, according to the other 1-star reviews I’ve seen. He also needs to learn to have manners and deal with customer with more patience. He doesn’t take his customers seriously and I hate the service I was given every time I go there. I find him annoying, and I’m never going back to this post office. Oh, and he has the audacity to tell me to watch my attitude when he doesn’t do that himself. Great job.

Best post office service ever! Smitesh is super helpful and community minded! Goes above and beyond for his customers.Not sure if ratings are based on previous owner ship/management because I have always had 5/5 experiences - especially considering so many small post shops are managed poorly/unfriendly.

Smitesh is so lovely and this place has such a nice community feel. It's one of the few places where I enjoy going and having a chat. My parcels are always well managed and I am always given the best postal advice. You're an absolute legend Smitesh, thank you for all you do!

I don’t often post reviews however I wanted to share my positive experience I received today and wanted to personally thank the staff who assisted me (didn’t get his name but appears to be the owner). I had lost my tracking number for my returned parcel and the staff who assisted me today went above and beyond to find out my tracking number and confirmed it was delivered. Even provided me with the printed copy of the tracking number and delivered status. Thank you again for the exceptional customer service!

It operates from 9am to 5pm in weekdays. However, once I have reached at 9:15am with long queue outside while the post office was closed and the staff came and opened the door at 9:20am. Today I arrived the post office at 4:52pm and it closed already! I have met another customer come as well and he also complained it always happens! Irresponsible staff in the office.

worst customer service ever. called up to me to rush me picking up the parcel that literally just got there less than a day, while i was at work. and when i called them they refused to answer and reject my 2nd call.
