Used to be great until Luke took over, had our car sitting there for more than THREE WEEKS over the christmas/new year period and he didnt even TOUCH IT. would not call us to update us and still charged for labour for this time. Used to get both cars regularly serviced here, safe to say we wont be back!

I like the service at this place they have courtesy drop to workplace. That’s the reason I chose for my convenience. Was drop my car a few times for Luke to look after. He done a good job without a doubt. Until he make his own decisions without giving me a courtesy call before he done the job. He got me twice this time. First he changed all four tyres and do other thing and it cost me $900++ that time. He did offer me to do a partial payment but I refused and made full payment instead. Yesterday he did it again. Drop the car and I did asked him the estimation price he said top will be $600. But when the car ready it’s cost me $818.50. AGAIN WITHOUT A COURTESY CALL. Also he was being rude and egoistic told the clerk lady to knock the bill to $600 and take my car somewhere else. However I’m not gonna let him make me feel small and I paid him full amount. Such an unacceptable attitude of you Luke!!! Shame on you!!!!I shared my experience with my other colleagues and they also experienced the same with Luke.So here is for Luke who think he is better than anyone!! You have no right to make your selfish decision for me just because you think you can.Take my money and do your living and hope you look back the way you handle your customers.
