Awesome place to train, everyone will help you and not just take advantage of you being new to show off, I have learnt so much in the time I have been here and I recommend to everyone.

I recently joined Integrated MMA and I can confidently say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. The coaching and training here are absolutely top-notch, delivered by world-class fighters who know their stuff inside and out.As a first-timer in the MMA/BJJ world, I was initially intimidated by the idea of joining a gym, but the welcoming and inclusive experience at this gym made me feel right at home. The staff and trainers are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help you improve your skills and technique. I love that Adrian takes the time to know all of his members.The gym is always clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all members.Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this gym has something for everyone. Couldn't recommend this gym enough .Adrian is a world class fighter and world class coach. Battle tested yet humble and willing to donate his time to all students regardless of experience.Coaches Greg, Nelson and Jordan are highly skilled, fantastic instructors and again, welcome new comers taking the time to teach all levels.Hannah on the desk is polite, friendly, welcoming and professional.If you ever thought of giving this kind of training a try then this is the gym for you.

What a excellent gym. I have been training here for the past week and this gym has far exceeded my expectations.Having no martial arts background and coming from a strictly powerlifting gym for the past 6 years integrated has been exceptionally friendly as well as understanding to different skill levels.The whole group of coaches that work out of there are very knowledgeable. They actually genuinely care about your progression.I have had a 1 on 1 session with Toby Meech and cannot recommend him highly enough. I've been here for a year and wouldn't even look elsewhere. From the welcoming atmosphere to the elite level coaching and training partners, this gym exceeds all expectations.The classes cater to all levels and demographics. I even brought my 58 year old father to train here and now he comes to class every week.Whatever your goals are, integrated MMA will get you there!

I came to Integrated MMA with zero experience and from my very first class have had nothing but positive experiences. Best investment to myself! I was lost with my gym career, I felt that I hit a plateau in my life and felt that I wouldn’t be better as a person. Integrated MMA opened my eyes to new possibilities. Being able to defend yourself and get out of dangerous situations are prioritised here. Your coaches and your gym mates push you to become better. The gym strives for excellence and discipline in all areas of your life. It also helped become a better version of myself. Coaches are willing to teach you 1 on 1 if you are with technique and moves. Definitely come and try this gym and you won’t regret being part of Integrated MMA. We are a family who look after each inside and outside of the gym.

I have been training at integrated for around 2 years. The coaching staff are professional, generous and friendly.There are classes for everyone, regardless of fitness, age, gender or ability. The environment isn’t at all intimidating.Wether you’re a teenager and you need a direction for all that energy or you’re a house wife and your husband puts all his dirty clothes next to the laundry basket but not quite in it. Integrated MMA has the solution for you.

Would give 6 stars if I could. I have been training here on again off again for about two years now and I have learnt so much at Integrated MMA in that time. The coaches are all great, no nonsense, no ego, and all are extremely capable / talented Martial artists themselves, they walk the walk. Also, top notch facilities / equipment and very affordable membership. Head coach Adrian and the rest of the team have created a great environment for anyone of any ability looking to train in Mixed Martial Arts.
