Koba (Coba) is truly a dog whisperer. So patient, gentle, kind and a master of the craft of grooming. My dear Labrador is quite nervous and has pain whilst standing due to hip dysplasia, so usually dislikes having his nails trimmed. He is easily put at ease and feels much more comfortable after a visit. Thank you for being so wonderful!!

They did a fantastic job with my dogs nails. My pug would normally take 3 adults to do his nails. They were able to do it with no issue with one person.

Our salon Poodle Hugo attends Best Friends Virginia for fortnightly grooming. Hugo get so many compliments from our clientele. The staff at Virginia are so friendly and know us all by name. Kim the manger is the best and Kobe’s grooms are amazing. Get there with your pet you wont be disappointed.

This salon has consistently proven themselves to be professional, provide great service and be especially kind and sensitive to the needs of our two jack russells. They are not the easiest of dogs to groom, but the staff works so well with them that a great experience is had by all. I have recommended this salon to a friend who brings his poodle every two weeks and he thanks me every time I see him.
