JB Hi-Fi Modbury

Went in to purchase a pair of earbuds with my misso. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable, helped us out with every little detail plus more. Could not have been happier to enter the store and speak with that fellow. Great customer service from him.

One of our favourite stores to get our Hi-Fi from. But what makes it even better is Luke's customer service. If you're heading into this store, Luke is your guy! He is very knowledgeable and will find you the best deals.

Great staff that were very helpful. Rang to see if that had what I wanted in stock and as they did, they offered to hold it for me until I came in. Fantastic A+ service

Staff were friendly and helpful. They had plenty of stock and had what I was shopping for. Pop in and see their great deals on store, highly recommended.Wheelchair accessible, disability parking and a decent amount of other parking spaces also. Just across the road from tea tree plaza so you can always pop in on the way there or home.

JB at Modbury provides excellent customer service. Each time I have shopped or just browsed, I have found them to be very helpful. And today was no exception. I had to return the Breville toastie 50% more fill, but it only toasted 50% of the sandwich. So back it went. Harry had no problem and was happy to refund my money. While there, I purchased a box of 100 Moki screen wipes and raced home to put them to good use on my screens. They're very small and ineffective and I wouldn't recommend them. However, it does highlight that JB provides a wide range of products and great customer service. And like any retailer, there's always a product that doesn't measure up. But it's the returns policy that can either make it an easy process or a struggle for the consumer. JB made it a pleasure. I'll see you soon JB with Moki screenwipes.

The last few times coming here have been very average. Extremely long wait times (30+ minutes) to talk to any salepeople. You look around the store and there is heaps of customers standing around waiting for help/to be served. The customer to employee ratio is always ridiculous. They really need more staff on..Staff are usually pretty good, but even when lining up they will go to a customer who looks like they will be quick and then serve you after even though they saw you were there first. It's almost like they are desperately trying to meet their quotas. They know you will keep waiting so they make sure to get both sales..When finally served, the employee tells us, sorry we don't have that in stock, and tells us that we should either order it online or go to Gepps Cross. It felt like they were trying to palm us off without offering to help more. We say we will go to Gepps Cross and they didn't offer to call to make sure it was available or anything. We ended up going there and the item was not available (on hold). Thankfully the staff at Gepps Cross were SO much more helpful.From my experiences at Modbury JB, it feels like it is all about reducing costs (minimal staff on), while making sure their employees are desperately running around trying to achieve sales targets.We'll be going to Gepps Cross from now on, and won't be going to Modbury ever again.

Whinie, I can't thank you enough for taking the time today to help out with phone plans. Genuinely some of the best customer service I've ever had. Your friendly and positive attitude even when things weren't going as smoothly as they could with the setup. Sorry about the chewed up price tags and restocked shelves. Easy to access to the shop, enough parking spots, but a bit of tight when crowdy. Plenty of deals and can find stuff not available at the competitors.

Luke is an awesome sales assistant. Always happy to help me find what I need! Happy customer!

The girl I spoke to was nice, unfortunately they didn't have the TV I decided on in stock....got the proceeding model for the same price somewhere else however.
