Every once in a while you find a very special trader. Obviously a family organisation, Designo Luce is a place I have passed hundreds of times, without the need to go in and buy something. All that changed when I short circuited my light fitting in my bedroom. Entered the store, explained my problem to a very attentive chap and told him I had searched their website and found a light fitting I liked. Excellent choice"

Very helpful & knowledgeable people in the main, never push you to buy outside your budget and discounted when we have had large orders. Called them today for some after sales advice (3 years after we purchased the product) & my query was answered in 30 seconds ! Hard to beat that service model.

From the moment of walking in it was awkward. Older man just looked at us and then after muttering something under his breath walked out the back. The lady who approached us (After a while) replied with 'what do you mean spotlights?' When I asked if they had spotlights. Get some skills in customer service and stop judging whoever walks in the door. Such a terrible a atmosphere, felt so unwelcome.
