Happy is amazing, she demonstrates a genuine love of animals is very sincere, dependable and trustworthy. Happy provided a professional and personalised service and excellent care for our cats and sent updates and videos after every visit whilst we were away. We felt reassured our kitties were well looked after and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. I can highly recommend Happy Critters Pet Sitters - the best!

Highly recommend Happy Critters - previously our dog came back sick from boarding kennels. Happy Critters Service allows your dog to stay in a familiar environment, and enjoy daily love and attention from the staff. We were able to enjoy our holiday even more receiving 2x daily updates of one very happy dog!

Happy provides a wonderful service, she is worth every cent! She looked after our fur babies with so much love and attention. She provided us with peace of mind as she was so thorough, had excellent attention to detail and provided us with regular updates including photos and videos. It is obvious that Happy loves her job and takes pride in what she does. Would highly recommend!

Happy is the absolute best at what she does! She is committed, passionate and experienced. Happy has done wonders for my reactive dog, helping to build his confidence on solo adventures. There are not many people I trust with my boy, but Happy is definitely one of them!

This service is second to none! I will not consider boarding my pet elsewhere ever again. Happy is just a gem! The photos, videos and feedback we get each time she visits our property to tend to our pet always puts our mind at ease, especially because we can see the love and attention our fur baby is receiving. Highly recommend Happy Critters! Our dog Skye will bark at anyone who walks past but as soon as she sees Happy walking up the driveway she can’t contain her excitement! The doggy adventures are worth every cent and skye comes home absolutely exhausted! Happy cares for the dogs as if they are her own and it’s great to get so many pictures and a detailed report after her little adventures! Thank you Happy you’re one of a kind!

Happy and her team are amazing and go above and beyond. I had a holiday coming up and had just had to put one of my 15 year old dogs to sleep :-( My little dog had never been on his own. Happy visited twice daily and played with all my pets (4 remaining), sent updates at each visit and my animals absolutely adore her. I will always use Happy Critters and and can not recommend them enough.

We’ve used Happy Critters to look after our two kittens for two holidays so far, and we’ll definitely do the same for any future holidays.Our cats are so much happier at home than they would be in a cattery. They get to keep their usual routines and environment, with their usual food and their usual letterboxes. There is also considerably less stress for them and us trying to take them in the car before we leave. This also takes the stress away for very short trips. For single days or weekends away it might feel barely worth it to take a cat to a cattery, but with this service you can just book someone to look after the cats for that day.The cats are very well cared for. In addition to feeding and cleaning litter, Happy critters also makes sure to play with them during their twice daily visits. We feel less guilty when away knowing our cats are cared for in our home.The service at Happy Critters is very convenient. Since our keys are on file we literally just book for the time we’re away and someone will visit and take care of the cats. We don’t have to worry about if the first day is on the weekend or a public holiday and trying to get them in to a cattery before that. We just book the days we need and the cats will be cared for.This service seems to cost a little more than a cattery for one cat, although it may be worth it for the benefits. For two cats it costs considerably less than a cattery so at that point it’s a no-brainer to me.Overall very happy and I would recommend it to anyone who’s kitties need care while they’re away.

It’s always a pleasure to have HCPS look after our pets. The care is loving and we get photos of our cats from the Sitter. We can relax when we’re away because we know they are being looked after the way we look after them and HCPS always delivers exactly what we need to stay reassured. Happy's service, passion and professionalism is second to none! I know my fur babies are having a holiday of their own when I'm away and they're in Happy's expert hands! They thoroughly enjoy their walks, plays and cuddles with Happy and the daily pics and videos absolutely put your mind at ease that they are in excellent care!
