Angela who assisted me in getting the replacement car after the accident was very helpful. She managed to arrange the car on the same day after I called, and Kris and Abi who delivered the car later today to my house were also very helpful.I really recommend to go through them if you are involved in the not at fault accident and they will definitely help without any hassles. Thank you all for helping me to sort all these problems and getting me back on the road as soon as possible.

Absolutely Amazing, Professional and Reliable with Outstanding Customer Service!!Massive thank you to Brandon who was a massive help and organised my Rental Car after the accident. He kept in constant contact with myself and the other party involved in the accident and guided me through all the steps, making the whole process so easy and stress free.I had my accident at 5:55pm and was in my Rental Car by 7:20pm… In the same night without paying a dollar! Will definitely will be recommending ‘Carbiz’ Prestons to family and friends!

Amazing service. I had my accident at 6:30pm and was in a rental car (brand new Hyundai) by 9:30pm that same night! And with not a penny out of my pocket !Massive shout out to Brendon who has been amazing. Great customer service, answered all my questions.
