Extremely poor service from the lady at the counter. She was extremely aggressive when asked about potential order times and prices on products which were not currently available in her store. Loud and obnoxious not to mention rude and racist. Steer clear of this shop unless you want to be ripped off for poor quality product that she “quality controls herself”

Sold broken lights to customers and when asked for a replacement, the women in the shop is racist and provide poor customer service. Have to incur the electrician out second time call out fee. So think twice before buying from this shop.

Very helpful I was after a Veneto 3 in 1 bathroom heat light and fan they had it in stocked and delivered it straight away couldn't be more happier thank you.

Disgraceful customer service. Jeanette the woman at the counter was extremely rude and aggressive, she could not help with any enquires as she had no clue. Harry the owner swore at me on the phone. Poor condition of products. Not even worth this one star. Shame on this shop!

I was a bit wary of doing a phone transaction for a light but I had nothing to worry about! Harry is very honest and very helpful and my light arrived and is beautiful. Thanks so much :)

I'll be honest... I was a little hesitant. The light I wanted was a fair bit cheaper from here and they wanted payment by direct deposit... all sounded sus.They called me and I payed CC over the phone and had the light 2 days later just as described.Thanks heaps for not letting me down and for the great service.
