Girl that helped us buy phone etc was extremely helpful and excellent. Guy at counter STUPID. I asked specifically to pay with after pay and he said ok and asked all the questions to do it and then took out full amount from credit card. Unreal

Such a toss up with JB.. sometimes the service is amazing but most of the time you walk in there and no one is free to help.. they are all on computers but not many people on the floor.. most people come there to buy something.. not fluff around and have a look.. last few times I’ve been there, workers have avoided eye contact so I’ve given up and gone elsewhere.. it sucks because I used to love JB but the workers there don’t seem to care that much anymore.

I recently visited JB Hi-Fi in Port Macquarie and was overall pleased with the store. It was nicely presented and had a good selection of products. I went in to buy a phone and the salesman was initially helpful, but quickly became too pushy trying to convince me to buy products I did not need or want. I felt he was more focused on making a sale than helping me find the right product for my needs. Other than that, the store was great and I would recommend it.

Standard JB shop with all the usual gear… Stock is sometimes harder to get on some items, but I assume this is simply due to location and size.

I went into the store this afternoon to buy an SD card for My phone. A young man , James was very helpful in advice of what I was looking for As I have NO IDEA abouttechnology. James was also very patient & pleasant in advising &showing Me what I needed to do to transfer my pictures & video's that I thought I had lost forever. James is an absolute asset to the team at this store .
