Terrible business with poor quality service. They messed up the fitting of my tyres and refused to rectify the issue. Please take your business elsewhere

The customer service @ Brisbane Tyres is second to none! It has many Hazara employees; of whom are a proud, honest group of people that originate from Afghanistan, Persia, Pakistan, Mongols etc. They have centuries old historical ties and a rich connection, so check it out one day if you have the chance. Anyway, I had the pleasure of negotiating firstly with the owner, who was a very polite, cordial and honest business man. I turned about 15 minutes after the negotiation was concluded and had the next pleasure of meeting Jawid. What a warm human being, not to mention, his honesty and in addition, his skills.Give this business a go!!It is great to see old school values, pricing, charm, and the now hidden, ability to foster loyalty within a customer.I will definitely be back!And best of luck, Jawid for your newly arrived wife and child.May the future be bright and prosperous for you all.…

Called these guys out of the blue with what I wanted, and in a rush to get my new wheels and tyres fitted before an off roading holiday.They were cheaper than half a dozen other places in the area. They actually sent one of their workers to the other side of town to collect the wheels I wanted, and fitted them that day.The owner was an absolute legend, and they were great to deal with, I highly recommend them to anyone who’ll listen.

These guys are the best in the business!! Cheapest, quickest and gave me full peace of mind with full lock and no scrub both ways. They are the only tyre company in Brisbane that had all the tyres I was after on them without order in. They’re good!!

Brought a couple of tires in purchased elsewhere for fitting and staff had no problem fitting them to our car.Drove in no booking and happy to help us. I specifically didn’t ask pricing to see if euro sales tax was added but $50 for the pair fitted with old tire disposal. This is a good normal street price, very happy happy.Weights to balance the wheels were kept to the inside of the rim without prompting keeping the look of the rims factory and also put on tire shine to complete.No problem recommending Brisbane Tyres and will visit again.

Got new tyres and rims today for my husbands Ute. Called yesterday afternoon, all done by 5pm today. They went out of their way to get the job done, keeping us updated the whole time, and were a fantastic price compared to their opposition. Thanks! ☺️
