I was gifted a RB voucher for a 2.5 indulgence medi spa package.I was in and out in one hour. Had a back massage which was very average. A facial (rubbing a few creams on my face) and a scalp massage in lieu of a scrub because they don't have the facilities to accommodate.Disappointing is understated. The store manager did return my call and mentioned the software is tricky when booking in experiences and it only captured 1hr and that it was true they shouldn't be advertising scrubs.I don't think this salon should be advertising pamper sessions. Looks good for something like eye brows, waxing etc though.

I received a gift voucher as a birthday gift so I had never been to this beauty spa before. I had an amazing facial, back massage with scrub + feet massage/scrub and while my face mask was on, I was given a head massage. Tyler is a complete professional and I would highly recommend this salon. I booked another facial with her. Very clean and high end beauty products.

Have been a client for many years and have always loved the services provided. But recently have had treatments: massages, facials, LED light, peels, and masks with Monica…. Truly out of this world!! Monica is so caring , thorough and informative. I have been using many of the top of the range for years now with great results. She has prescribed a product I have not used before and the results have been amazing, my complexion is looking wonderful! I highly recommend Indulgence Spa to anyone who wants impeccable service. And the receptionist, Claudia is a lovely, knowledgeable and helpful young woman. Ann Mc
