The worst experience I have had in retail in a long time! All staff were too busy standing around doing nothing. Manager stood at the counter looking bored out of her mind. Would not let me finish speaking before interrupting twice with incorrect presumptions of what she thought I was going to say. When I eventually was able to finish my question she refused to help because the product I purchased was from another store (I was not trying to return it simply asking a question) and she was not going to make any money off me. Could not stand her or her shop. Never again!

I’ve been coming here for hair supplies and products for a while now because it’s so convenient to home. Shocking customer service pretty much every time, not to mention products are so freaking expensive. Time to start buying products i know and love through amazon or something.Customer service staff are knowledgeable but seem to make customers feel unwelcome. I thought it was just because of my demographic but from reading reviews it seems to be a universal experience regardless. I’ve maybe only had two good customer service experiences here and they were both from when my friends were employed to work here.Sad to say the least. I am not the kind of person to say “at least smile” but ffs i feel like i’m about to get an eye roll or snide comment from the staff every time i go in there. Shame it’s so close and I will probably keep shopping here purely out of convenience but if there was somewhere closer i would 10000% go there.Speaking of, had a TERRIBLE experience with a cut and colour one time years back, go to Chisseled Hair just a few blocks up in Bentleigh for outstanding hair services. Worth the wait (and extra 5 minute commute on foot haha)

i think if you no the prouduct you want get in get it and get out in my case kevin murphy night rider hair prouduct or buy it on line.

Started going here few months ago apsolutely worth it the girls are very well skilled and super friendly.And value for money and you get what you ask for.Nothing is that much of a botherI see Vicki who apsolutely gorgeous will continue to keep going.

Got given the “I know nothing” treatment here. Horrible attitude and demeanor.

Best service!!!! The girls all seem to work as a team. Helped me with my warranty issue with my straightner. Were very friendly polite and efficient, followed up and kept me informed about what was happening with it.VICKY cut my hair and she did the best job on me, as my hair can be quite difficult. Definitely recommend her to others with curly hair, she is awesome!!!Thanks guys - you'll are the best!

I went there the other day because I needed a product for my new hair style, I thought it was the best place to get any advice of products for my hair and it wasn't, the lady didn't help, she didn't have the patience to recommend me anything and I was not asking for a professional thing, just some recommendation from somebody that has knowledge on the topic. I was so sad so I just left.

Never before have I walked into a store & be made to feel so unwelcome & an actual burden. So much so that once the staff member reluctantly showed me the product that I asked for assistance with, I then felt pressured to buy it and leave. No alternate suggestions, just a miserable person.So much so that I decided that as much as I needed my hair color due to neglected grey hairs from lockdown, I’d rather wait and go elsewhere!SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EVERY WAY!
