Happened to walk past and turns out they sell pastries on Friday only, so I bought a pain au Chocolat and oh my goodness.. I dare say it was the best pain au Chocolat I've ever had in my life. The pastry is super buttery and chocolatey!! I have to go earlier next time ☺️☺️

Wonderful bakery! Delicious cakes and bread. I highly recommend. I ordered a chocolate mousse cake for my daughters birthday. It was made with so much love and care and was delicious!

Attended the french croissant class with Joel. It was very fun and hands on. Make croissants, danish pastries and more. We even decorated our pastries, also used the machine. Had lotsa pastries to take home and extra dough to make croissants at home the next day. Would highly recommend this class!

Best french pastries in Sydney!! Do yourself a favour and run to get some delicious pastries. Chef Joel is absolutely amazing and he also offer classes which are worth every penny!! I cannot wait to go back to Sydney to do more.

The pastries at this place are truly exceptional and authentic. Chef Joel, who has a deep passion for his craft, teaches classes that are definitely worth attending. Today, I participated in the French Croissant making class and it was an amazing experience. Chef Joel's knowledge and patience were outstanding, and we learned how to make traditional French croissants, Danish pastries, and puff pastry. The pastries we made were absolutely delicious! We spent about 5-6 hours here learning how to make croissants the traditional French way, by hand. It was an incredible exercise, and I'm grateful for the opportunity. After doing it by hand, I truly understand why bakeries charge a premium for these delectable treats - it's a lot of hard work! Chef Joel was incredibly generous, and even made us his signature almond cake, which was a highlight of the day. We were able to take home everything we made, and enjoyed most of the treats we brought home, all of which were delicious.

I did the French Croissant making class here today and it was sensational! Chef Joel is was so knowledgeable and so patient. We made traditional French croissants, Danish pastries and puff pastry and they were delicious!

Most people say that you can't buy a decent croissant in Sydney, that the only good or great croissants in Australia all come out of Melbourne. Well, give this place a try and you may well be quite pleased
