Komosion

I recently did the Customer Experience Design course with Komosion and the Plato Project, and really need to tell everyone that this course is outstanding. We are a startup Yoga Studio business and we have had so many great learning points from this course, changing our ideas and strategies, it really makes you get in to your customer experience and walk in their shoes, which helps to change your processes for the better. Dee from Komosion presented our course and her great manner and focus on interaction and worthwhile practical exercises made it engaging throughout. I thoroughly recommend their work, very insightful and of great benefit to businesses at every stage.
