Big Childcare

My children have been attending Big childcare at Tarneit Rise Primary school for quite some time now. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always happy to assist with all my queries. My kids enjoy attending both after school care and holiday programs. Thankyou for always being kind, caring and supportive with the kids. I highly recommend their services.

David Spalding has provided me with excellent customer service on the phone and he is really helpful, knowledgeable, patient and nice. He made my day and calmed me down on the phone, and he assisted me completing the enrolment form for my child. He meets the customer needs effectively and he a great asset to the team and the organisation.Thank you again for your help David, much appreciated !CheersMaggie Jarvis

Absolutely shocking service with such lack of customer service. Struggling to fix my issue with centre manager, she keeps asking me to pay an amount that is covered by centrelink, I have told her what needs to be done bit hasn't. I am unable to use the service until account is up to date. Can no longer call head office. They have shut off pretty much all communication, you can submit an online enquiry however just get ignored. Wasting my additional childcare subsidy as I can not use the service. Absolutely appalling. Wouldn't have this issue if I didn't have to pull them out last year due to a worker yelling at kids and calling them names, they refused to go and all was done was a little bit of training. Thankfully that said worker has gone so they were excited to go back and now this. I really hope my kids school changes providers as this is shocking. Can't get anything fixed.

Very great place to work in as an educator with great supportive team ( specially Parul and Jyotasna) and all others are very helpful Already asked to so many friends who works in childcare industry and would like to work on casual basis.

Poor customer service .alot of porplem with new xap system .No one answer phone number provided or at childcare centre truganina p-9 before school. Talk to manager still no reply . Spoke to different staff person told us to solve the problem but partially resolve the issue still pending for answers on account invoices from last 3-4 weeks . Being trying calling head office no Luck and charge us for dishonor fee where we can't get answer for our queries on time . Frustrating for parents

I have been to couple of centres but I love working with Tarneit rises big childcare team. The people r very supportive and it a enjoyable environment. Parul and Jothsna are the best team members. They understand and support every staff.I love to work with them.Thank youChinmayee Manipatruni

Tarneit Rise Primary School. I absolutely love the ladies that run Big child care. My daughter enjoys all the activities, the managers are super friendly and helpful with anything I need. And I really like the new xap app that we are using, so easy!

My child is attending Tarneit rise primary school big childcare. As a parent I understand the importance of finding a nurturing environment for our children and I am happy to find one. A big thank you to Parul, Jyostna and the whole team for creating an environment where kids feel safe, valued and encouraged. They put a lot of effort to create everyday activities that is educational and fun. They provide regular updates on the child's activities. I am really satisfied with the services provided by the whole team and would highly recommend Bigchildcare for anyone who is looking for before / after school care or vecation care program.
