Amendment to my original review.James is indeed flexible with regard to appointment times.It appears that the person acting as his receptionist at the time, was misrepresenting the situation.James had no idea that his prospective clients were being told they would not be offered a choice of timeslots.I hope all goes well for James now, as his other reviews are all excellent, which is why he was my first choice when trying to locate an exercise physiologist.

When I was diagnosed recently with cardiomyopathy my nursing experience conjured up images of me sitting in a corner with a rug over my knees as my condition worsened. But upon doing some research I found that exercise was now being used successfully in many cases to prevent or slow the progression of the disease. But when I tried to find an exercise physiologist that could help me no one seemed to specialise in chronic illness, in particular heart issues. So when I was recommended to James who was local to the Central coast where I live I was hopeful he could help. I was a bit of a mess the first time I saw him due to an ongoing insomnia issue, but by the time I left at the end of the visit I felt confident that the exercise program he suggested could help and felt that I had regained some control over my health. The fact that he had a qualification in ECGs was great as he was able to monitor my heart as I exercised the first few times and showed me that it was safe to exercise. He also went through my Stress Echo report and explained what it all meant and that it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. Subsequently he has monitored my progress and quietly encouraged me to improve my fitness and strength. I have been able to turn around my sedentary lifestyle and now can easily meet the recommended target of moderate exercise for at least 150 minutes a week. His quiet and unassuming manner makes him easy to talk to and he really listens empathetically. I would highly recommmend him especially for cardiac rehab or other chronic illness management

I am extremely happy with my iFitness Exercise Physiologist , Kaitlyn Drover. She is very qualified to assist me with my diabetes and associated level of exercise . I am ,plus others,. who are attending class, always addressed enthusiastically and classes always commenced on time . We are encouraged with the exercise programme and all attendees are watched with encouragement and are carefully observed to ensure that we are getting the maximum benefit from exercise and our medical condition .

Wow what a find this would have to be the best for ANY Diabetic T1 or T2 and for all ages. My 8 week program (Beat It) through Diabetes NSW/ACT and iFitness Woy Woy has given me the confidence to continue my exercise program on my own. A big shout out to Kaitlyn Drover who ran my program was excellent and only to happy to help anyone anytime and once the program is finished there are option available to continue on with excercising and to learn from other participants. Would Highly recommend them.
