Quality product, good service at Salamander Bay, the lady was lovely and very helpful. She added my birth month of August to my file today but I was told I wouldn’t get the birthday voucher until next year as they have already sent them for August. I wasn’t aware they didn’t have my birth month on file as I assumed if required it would have been done when they originally set up my profile. Would give 5 stars if they were able to provide the birthday voucher.

advertised all over shop window 20 percent discount STORE WIDE so i go in to buy a pandora bracelet and get told that the discount only applies to Matthews hello STORE WIDE means the whole store not impressed

It’s always nice to walk into the Matthew’s Salamander store. It’s always clean, neat and tidy and the ladies always welcome you with a smile on their face. They have a great variety of jewellery for all tastes and age groups as well as prices to suit all budgets. If they don’t have an item in stock or a ring size they always offer to source it for you and order it in, they also ask when you need it by incase it’s for a special occasion.
