Shop here most of the time, but after todays customer service this has to be the worst place ever. Never again will me and my children be spoken to like animals.

Loved this vinnies. Very organised store, great selection of clothes, accessories and books, art and music. Can’t wait to go back again. Reasonable prices and they stock great labels

Staff are very friendly and prices on some of the goods are reasonable except for the old records (33, 45 & 78 rpm) priced at $3.00 each as many of them are scratched and worn and should be priced at $1.00 each.Other than this it's a great place to shop.

Vinnies Chester Hill
An excellent shop that sells recycled clothes, books, CDs, DVDs, bags and shoes. There stores has two change rooms. Parking located out the front. Donations can be made at the rear door. Located about one block from the railway station. The helpful staff can also point you in the right direction should you need support in your life. The staff are very friendly.

Was told they are not accepting donations, no reason was given. The website said they were. The clothes I had were of great condition some with the tags still on them.

Fairly small store. Clothes are bunched up and barely changed for newer products. For a thrift store to get such items, they overprice all their clothing items. At other thrift stores a regular ralph lauren button up is $10, whilst this specific store would charge $15. They should reevaluate their pricing on their items.

Vinnies Chester Hill
Vinnies Chester Hill is perhaps one of the better Vinnies stores I've been to. Regular visits often yield something that's new, so product turn over appears to be a constant. Unfortunately they no longer sell furniture, probably as it took up too much room, but there's a massive range of clothes and DVDs including heaps of boxed sets and tv series. The back area is now dedicated to toys and games and there's always something new. Prices seem to be more reasonable here than many other Vinnies store.
