Great service, Rachel was able to help me find the perfect PC for my needs and the price was very reasonable for custom work. When I had a (fairly minor) issue with the PC they were able to help me out with it too, even though it wasn't caused by their work. The computers they put together look great and the cable management is top notch

Contacted Rachel to get a custom PC built a year ago. I explained to her what I was aiming for in my build and what my budget was. She gave me many options to choose from and was very transparent with parts, costs and potential overclocking on certain components. Even a year after having my PC built whenever I have a question and contact her she is always happy to help me and give me detailed information. I couldn't recommend Rachel and custom built gaming computers enough, they do a great job for a good price and the customer service is honestly the best I have ever dealt with. Any future builds I want to do I will definitely be going back to Rachel, it's rare to find a business you can completely trust. 10/10
