Every time I go into this store to buy a 600mm Antenna Extension lead you have to walk to the back of the shop to see if they have one in stock then walk back to the front counter and ask a staff member to go and get the wanted part for you because it is Locked" on the rack. They always return saying they can't find the wanted part so you have to hold their and walk them to the back of the shop and show them where the part is on the rack. Utterly hopeless staff at this store."

Service is very bad waiting while the person in computer not tell how can help you. You just wait like bodyguard. they have a special when you go to buy. Sorry run out how come finished into three hours .

Went in today waited 20 mins the poor guy serving was doing his best but needed help.... We walked out straight into Supercheap, where we were greeted immediately and served straight away.... Next time won't bother with Autobarn
