Total Stone

I had a stone bench top installed yesterday and I must commend Chris and his assistant on their professionalism and the meticulous job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the services of a stonemason. Thank you both.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff who were professional from start to finish. Made the whole process extremely easy to produce a very high quality kitchen.

During my kitchen reno I selected a stone in the attempt to match my existing stone benchtop, upon delivery I wasn't happy which is no fault of the stonemason at all. When I contacted him to say I wasn't happy got a bit of a rebuff, that's what you picked, however he agreed to me going and picking my own stone, at an additional cost to which I was happy with $930. Then came the bill for the first piece of stone $1200, as he had to purchase a full piece as he had no off cuts. So I thought lets ask for the full piece of stone seeing I have paid for it and now knowing how he charges for off cuts that some one has already paid for. Got and abrupt and rude response and needless to say still don't have the full piece of stone. So for all you looking for a stonemason do your research and make sure you are aware of what you are paying for and what you are getting....

Not happy with management communication short and abrupt . Over priced shop around , the owner tends to stand around and gossip - isn’t a qualified stonemason himself , so to rely on him to reassure $10,000+ kitchen is done proper isn’t a wise choice-
