Spotlight Alexandria

I've never been to a spotlight store in my life so I had absolutely no idea about anything. Every employee acted like I was invisible and couldn't give me the time of day. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is that one employee named Sammy was amazing and could sense I had no idea what I was after. She took me from section to section and make sure I got all that I needed. She's am asset to this business and all the other employees should hang their heads in shame.

Love spotlight I find it relaxing walking around, looking at different ideas. Sales people are always helpful. Worth a visit.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the friendliest sales assistant, Klara, who simply went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth shopping experience. I will definitely choose to shop at this Spotlight location because of this one staff member and her professional, kind & helpful attitude. Thank you again !

Wow incredibly rude staff named Sarah, constantly giving me attitude. I have never been treated that poorly. I understand not everyone loves their job but please don’t hire people who absolutely hate dealing with customers and answering the most simple of questions.

The manager is outright rude. Shows know empathy and probably sick of her job. Will not return. Denied assistance with return.

I am thoroughly impressed with the new Spotlight store in Alexandria. The size and layout is great and easy to navigate with wide aisles, making it accessible for prams and wheelchairs. The staff are super friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience even better. They are located on the top level of the Homemaker Centre and there is plenty of free parking.

We just got served by the amazing Klara! What a joy and easy process! Calm, confident with a genuine care that left me feeling ready to conquer the day! A big transaction aswell! I was nervous but there was no worries to be had with Klara around! Thank you Klara!

Wasn’t to big and a little pricey but overall they had everything you need for any diy project. Very nice staff aswell

Nice place to get all your special activities/events needs. Many various hand crafting materials and items event the little ones. Come on to explore and make your creative ideas come true. Enjoy it.

If I can give a zero I would.First the lady Mays who came to measure the curtains came an hour and a half late, no message no nothing. Just rocked up when she wanted.Had to be prompted twice to email us a quote. Then when we promptly paid, again never replied to us to tell us if our order went through. Nothing, I made a complaint about her and the person on the phone seemed to know she is notorious for her bad service. After waiting again to hear from them in regards to when our curtains are arriving they keep saying they will call us back. Never did. 4 weeks later we want a refund but can't even get through to them.Horrible service, horrible store. After 6 weeks we got our refund back... and the only reason was because they hadn't processed it yet...I really wouldn't do the ready made curtains with them..unless you wanna pay for no service ...or curtains
